Hello there, my name is Mariusz and I'm a user interface designer and a front-end engineer.

I live and work in a beautiful city of Kraków, where I do sketching, drawing, coding HTML, CSS and JavaScript and pushing pixels all day long. I enjoy experimenting and learning new things, as well as tinkering with stuff that works just to make it work better.

After I leave the office, I enjoy typical geek activities playing games, watching movies and listening to music, as well as some non-typical ones, like being terrible at longboarding.

If you're interested in what I'm up to, Twitter, Quora, Dribbble, Forrst, Github and Gimmebar are probably good places to start.

About this website

This site is a minefield. If something is broken or doesn't look just right, it probably means that it's a work in progress or my inner tinkerer tried to fix something and broke something else in result. If you think something doesn't look quite right, you can hit me up on Twitter and tell me, I appreciate feedback.

For the more techie crowd, the site itself is powered by Middleman, running on Webfaction and using lots of voodoo technology, like Slim, SCSS (part of Sass) and some parts of Compass. It's also open source and you can find all the code behind it on my Github if you're the curious type.
